Utility Assistance
Our Utility Assistance program helps individuals and families in Brazoria County with the payment of their electricity and gas bills.

Rent Assistance
Pearland Neighborhood Center offers short – term emergency financial assistance for help with paying rent to those that qualify when funds are available. 

Food & Baby Pantry
PNC offers nutrition assistance to eligible, low-income individuals and families. To receive food assistance you must live in Brazoria County and you must meet certain requirements, including resource and income limits. For more information please contact info@pnctexas.com.
PNC Baby Pantry offers baby supplies to financially struggling families with children ages birth to 5yr.

Bread Pantry
Our Daily Bread Food Pantry is available to households based on the number of people living in the home. Many come for food because of an unforeseen crisis, illness, job loss or accident. Food can be provided once each month for individuals and families.

Santa’s Helpers
There are families in Brazoria County who are in need of support and holiday cheer for a Christmas season. PNC hosts a “Santa Helper’s” program that allows donors to build their own shoebox full of cool toys and other types of gifts such as hygiene products, clothes, and school supplies to be delivered to a child in the age range of your choice.

School Supply Vouchers
Low income families can get free school supplies for their children. We offer qualified low to moderate income families a number of financial aid programs that help pay for school supplies. Households can get money or free gift cards to buy school supplies including backpacks, shoes, clothes, uniforms, books and more.

Financial Stability Course
PNC is connecting individuals to the resources they need to get more financially stable. From financial wellness classes in community centers  and the workplace to training and job-search help, credit counseling and free tax preparation assistance, we’re helping people to earn more and save more.

Health and Medical Care
Pearland Neiborhood Center is working with newly opened first nonprofit medical clinic in Pearland. SEVA Clinic is on a mission to serve low-income families in the area who may not have access to health insurance or are priced out of the doctor’s office. Many low-income clients will go to the emergency room, as they are unable to afford or find transportation to the nearest clinic. With a clinic in the neighborhood, PNC hopes that this problem will be eliminated. All medical staff at SEVA Clinic is on a volunteer basis.

Pearland Forum
Pearland Neighborhood Center hosts an educational event where it invites local non-profits and charities exchange useful information and talk about needs in the local community.

Share Your Holidays
PNC administers a number of year round holiday assistance programs. Families can get help around Christmas, Thanksgiving, and even Easter. Food, meals, gifts, coats, and other assistance is offered to struggling families, seniors, and children who is qualified.

Disaster Relief
Pearland Neighborhood Center assists communities in need during hurricanes, floods, violence and traumatic events. Emergency supplies help people during a disaster and in the days and weeks after that. Our kits contain basic personal supplies needed in the aftermath of a disaster, such as a toothbrush, deodorant and shampoo and other. We have volunteers provide first aid treatment for injuries and monitor the well-being of people. PNC works with community partners to provide hot meals, snacks and water.

GED Scholarships
There are many scholarships and grants dedicated to helping the non-traditional students achieve their educational goals. These scholarships are for students who may have had their college careers interrupted, either by growing families or financial difficulties, and only later return to complete what they had started. PNC works with professional associations, colleges and universities to help with financial aid for those students.
